Super Bowl excitement . . .

. . . can overtake any one of us.  Even me.  I'm normally pretty balanced about the whole Super Bowl experience although I know that for many it is the main religious event of their year.  But this year, right after halftime, I got carried away and put an extra seed in the parakeet's cup.
